Directions:
Bath
Add 2 cups of Earth Delights Epsom Salt to warm, running bathwater. Soak for 20 minutes to
relax your body, ease tension, and reduce stiffness.
Foot Soak
Dissolve 1 cup of Earth Delights Epsom Salt in a foot bath filled with warm water. Soak feet
for 10 minutes to soothe aches and soften rough skin.
Shower
Mix a handful of Earth Delights Epsom Salt for smooth, soft skin with 1 tablespoon of
shower gel or olive oil. Gently massage onto wet skin, then rinse thoroughly.
