Cleansing Grains




Sprinkle a little bit and mix with a liquid of your choice:  water, milk, yoghurt, tea, honey, etc, making a thin paste – either in your palm or use a little dish. Gentle massage into warm, wet skin.  Can be rinsed off right away or left on for 5 minutes for a calming mask treatment.  Don’t let any water get into the container.

Use 2-3 times a week
